Manuel Tanoira is the Partner & Co-Founder of TCA Tanoira Cassagne, a full-service law firm, where he leads the VC Team. He is also one of the drafters of the New Start-Up and VC law approved in Argentina in 2017 (Law 27.349). He obtained his law degree from the School of Law of the Argentine Catholic University in 1996. In addition, Manuel conducted post-graduate studies in Business Administration at Berkeley University (1997) and in Capital Markets at the Argentine Catholic University (2000).
Among many other academic activities, he is a Professor in several Start Up and VC programs in Argentina (MINDS, from the University of San Andres), SMART INVESTING, from IAE School of Business, Founder Institute, etc.). With his team, he provides advice to companies, investors, VC Funds, and accelerators, especially on the start-up of new ventures in Argentina and LATAM. Through the VC Area of the firm, and together with “Entrepreneurship Argentine Ecosystem”, TCA Tanoira Cassagne collaborates on the professional training and support of more than 1,200 new entrepreneurs and VC investors every year.
