My 10 year old who is in 5th grade approached me with homework Yesterday. The worksheet from school said: "Define strategies for your SMART goals in 2021". I was surprised. SMART goals in 5th grade? Wow! Because it's the time of the year: Why do we set goals? What happens in our brain we set goals What are the pitfalls in a corporate setting?
