In hard times, what has helped you most? On a hike today, up a mountain trail, I thought about where I gained my greatest strength in the days after we lost our precious child, Christopher. Yes, family and friends played a huge role. As did all the alternative modalities that I now practice and teach like yoga, breathwork, meditation and Jin Shin Jyutsu.
