With over 25 years of experience in the entertainment business, Jess is uniquely positioned to assist artists as they face the challenges, changes, and choices that come with a creative life. The first decade of her career was spent working in the creation of new theatre, music management, and television production in Toronto, Halifax, and New York.
In 2007, a well-established talent agent posed a question that shifted her path: “Have you ever thought about being an Agent?” That moment marked the beginning of a new chapter. Jess went on to work at some of the top talent agencies in the business before founding her own agency, Jess Rapp Talent, in 2014. Over the next 12 years, she represented remarkable and creative individuals in a career full of highs, lows, and transformative experiences.
Through this journey, Jess came to understand the deep joys and unique challenges that accompany a life rooted in creative expression. Recognizing the need for a space where artists could feel truly seen and supported, she made the decision in 2019 to close her agency and launch a coaching and mentorship practice focused on artists.
Jess believes that creative professionals don’t have to go it alone. As a Thinking Partner, she offers guidance, clarity, and compassionate support to those walking the creative path.
