Following a career in insurance Ross Isdale decided on teaching and never looked back. His current role is Depute Headteacher at Firrhill High School. His motivations for teaching are one focus of our discussion revolving around supporting and educating young people. Ross discusses his reasons for his career move, his volunteer outreach work with the Scouts and Outward Bound and his youthful days following Scottish bands.
