Today I am thrilled to present to you an amazing guest from the city of Munich, in Bavaria Germany. Her name is Steffi. She is passionate about her job, and had an incredible career development at Telefonica, where she continuously climbed the corporate ladder in a very short time. She worked as a marketing and event manager for business development in Germany, Netherlands, and Spain. What makes her profile so interesting is that she is also a certified psychotherapist and a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Further, she worked as head of marketing & events at WAVE-Business Excellence Footprint. Today she is “Global Partner Marketing” at a mid-sized company in Germany.
We had a wonderful conversation and talked about how your success in a company is linked to your subconscious mind. One of the tools she used to advance in her career was to continuously reprogram her mindset. We spoke about the 3L method and much more.
I am very happy to introduce you to Steffi.
