I recently went to an event for gym owners, and realised that I don't really view myself as a "gym owner", more like a PT who happens to have a gym.
I think it's important to change this as although I do take my job seriously, I can never make Fit for Purpose as good as it can be for my members if I don't believe in the fact that I'm a gym owner! I need to start taking things a bit more seriously.
I think this can resonate well with anyone on a fitness journey.
If you're trying to make new habits stick, you need to first believe in yourself!
You need to see yourself as the type of person who values their health and takes care of themselves, if you half arse it and try to force yourself to do stuff you don't want to you won't get as far.
