Why You Keep Quitting (And Calling It ‘Bad Timing

A lot of people think coaching only works when life is calm — when stress is low, motivation is high, and time magically appears. And that belief alone is why most people never change.


In this episode, I break down what coaching actually is — and what it definitely isn’t. It’s not control, rigid plans, or punishment for not being perfect. Real coaching is a conversation. It’s problem-solving. It’s learning how to move forward when life is busy, messy, and unpredictable — because that’s when support matters most.


We talk about why “now isn’t the right time” is usually the point, why progress still counts even when tracking or training isn’t perfect, and how sleep, stress, mood, and organisation matter more than motivation ever will. I also get honest about why giving up feels good in the moment — and why it always costs you later.


If you’ve ever felt like you’re “bad at consistency,” that you always fall off, or that you need everything to be perfect before you start — this episode will challenge those stories.
