We all know that energy drinks are bad. But are we aware enough of them? Are we actually able to really see the negative effects on our body long-term? Especially with kids. How many kids are consuming energy drinks these days and how messed up their health gets. In this podcast, I slightly touch on two hormones, cortisol, and Melatonin. I try my best to give you the information you need in order to understand how the real determinants of overconsumption of caffeine and the impact on our sleep. Enjoy.
