My name is Teresa Cedeno I am a certified personal trainer and a former weight loss client. I created this podcast because I want to share my knowledge and experience with you. I always assumed losing weight was going to make me love myself. I hired a trainer and lost the weight, but to my surprised I still found things to hate about myself. I realized I needed to transform the way I talked to myself and how I viewed weight loss if I wanted to maintain my new weight. Ultimately, I want to help you lose weight while guiding you through the inner turmoil of insecurity.
