When you are constantly thinking about working hard, it makes it very difficult for you to relax. This increases the chances of you burning yourself out and feeling mentally fatigued and exhausted all the time. For all of you that are working on side hustles and things outside of work, when you are at work, focus on being at work so that you can be the best possible version of yourself
while you are at work. This will also lead to you being able to be more mentally present when it is time to work on your side hustle. Even if you don't have a side hustle, when you are at the gym or with your family after work, it will allow you to be more present with them. I hope you guys get some value from this episode!
