We continue our lore keeping journey on Following Lucha this week by watching and analyzing season 2 episode 13 of El Ray Network’s Lucha Underground, “Monster Meets Monster.”

From Dario Cueto continuing to emotionally manipulate his roster, to Drago and Aerostar getting buried by commentary, to the reckoning of the Disciples of Death, to the battle of behemoths between Mil Muertes and Matanza, episode 13 was pretty good! We also talk wrestling in the week of April 20, 2016, as TNA gets evicted from their corporate offices, WWE suspends Adam Rose and Konnor, Total Bellas gets a premiere date, and Bray Wyatt injures himself in Italy. Also, we talk Steve Austin squealing to the dirt sheetz, Hulk Hogan’s interest in AEW, how Chelsea Green got her job back with WWE, the state of Imperium, and the original (real) plans for AEW Double or Nothing 2023.
