Happy Anniversary! And welcome to my first solo episode! I am so grateful for 1 whole magical year with FTS podcast. It was 1 year ago today that I posted my very first episode. I thought I would take this time to share a message that has been on my heart lately. This time of year is very special to me (not only because its my birthday time) but also because the magic & slowness of winter bring me so much peace, clarity, & rebirth.
