hello everyone, welcome to our safe space! originally, I wanted this podcast to focus on self-help and "in your twenty" topics (which it still does) but over time, I have utilized this space as a way to care for myself. if I can describe this podcast perfectly, I would say "this podcast feels like you're on the phone with a best friend and she can't stop talking." as a 24-year-old, who is a mental health professional and has received her fair share of mental health services, I want to shed light on the taboo and create a space full of honesty and authenticity. and this is exactly that.

i am incredibly proud of my ability to use the smallest ounce of motivation to create and post this episode. i talk about accepting the waves of mental wellbeing, how to create small changes that lead to overall success, and i get a bit nostalgic toward the end. i am far from perfect, and i think going through my highs and lows builds the emotional resilience i need to move forward in life. slowly but surely, things will start to feel a bit easier.
