We are all aware we need to be consistent... We need to keep showing up on social media... We need to post, show our faces on videos, perhaps write a newsletter, did someone mention Stories and Reels?!

We can set out with great intentions, smah it for a couple of weeks, but then life gets in the way, we get sick, go on holiday, run out of steam... and fall off the wagon. We are then left feeling like we failed. Like it's not possible to keep doing all this marketing stuff - let alone gain clients from it!
