According to the Centers For Disease Control, approximately 19 % of America’s children are obese. What is the answer, what are we to do? Whether it is cultural diet, genetics, self-esteem, whatever, we have got to educate ourselves and our families on this deadly epidemic.  Be your children, big-boned, thick or hefty, excessive weight can lead to life threatening medical issues, low self-esteem and peer punishment.  We need to do something now!
