Nottingham Forest were beaten on penalties by Championship side Wrexham in the FA Cup third round on Friday. It might not have been a shock result given Wrexham are pushing for a fourth straight promotion under the Hollywood ownership of Ryan Reynolds, however, the manner of the first half performance left a bitter taste as players who came into the side flopped.
