Things are created on purpose for a purpose and so are we. The tension is, 'does my life really matter? Do I matter? Do I have a contribution to make to this world?' Jesus invites us onto the narrow road to discover and live the good life, which is not only a blessed life but is a purposeful life. You were created on purpose for purpose. The sermon on the mount has been described as the greatest collection of teaching Jesus ever gave and describes the life we were all created to live. The problem is Jesus calls it ‘narrow’ and in our culture narrow always seems to imply something negative. This series will ground us all in the truth of what goodness really is, where we can get it and how we can live it out. For those exploring faith it gives a window through which to see who Jesus really is and the life he invites us all to lead. For those who have been travelling on this road for many months or years it’s timely reminders of the life we are invited to live - the Good Life.
