I experience this multiple times a day! I meet someone and introduce myself as a Real Estate professional. The usual response I get back is "I've always wanted to do real estate". Then, they proceed to tell me about a "deal" that "looks good". Fast forward, a year later when I meet that same person again and ask if they bought that "deal", the answer is almost always - "no I didn't". This is followed with a host of excuses. My podcast will explore interesting business transactions with a focus on how much income was generated along with the best "do it yourself" steps.

Many of us are faced with the major crossroad of investing - should we invest in the stock market or in real estate? The decision is of utmost importance as it will determine the quality of the remainder of our lives. It is also directly correlated to how much cash flow we will have in our retirements years, where our kids will go to college and what type of generational wealth we will ultimately pass down the line.
