Francesca Loux is a VITA Certified Empowerment & Intimacy Coach, Licensed Psilocybin Facilitator, and Breathwork Facilitator. She specializes in supporting women who desire to feel safe, confident and radiant in their bodies, relationships, and sexuality.Francesca has a degree in Psychology and Women’s and Gender Studies. In 2017, she left her corporate job to travel the world solo and pursue her passion for holistic healing. Prior to starting her coaching practice, she worked as a facilitator at a plant medicine retreat center in Peru, and spent time studying breath work and somatic & energy healing in Australia, New Zealand and Bali.Francesca offers 1:1 and group coaching sessions, psilocybin journeys, and psychedelic preparation and integration sessions. She also hosts retreats and workshops locally and internationally.
