On this series, I’ll be breaking down different books on a wide verse of topics relating to understanding and healing from some trauma we may have experienced from our parents.

I’ll be talking about topics from two books I have read and will be making reference from, namely “Silently Seduced by Kenneth M. Adams Ph.D” and “Adult Children of Emotionally immature Parents by Lindsay C. Gibson PsyD”. Both books talk about closely related topics but each has a more specialised area, I will be making reference to both books in anyway that will help make understanding better.

Topics such as Emotional (covert) and physical (overt) incest, emotional and physical abuse, parentification and others.
