In east Clovis, a century-old bridge over the Enterprise Canal has been demolished and replaced with a safer, stronger structure. The Leonard Avenue Bridge, near the Leonard and Bullard intersection, was a narrow timber bridge that was structurally deficient. The new bridge is built on a reinforced concrete box culvert and will ease traffic pressure on nearby Locan Avenue. Additionally, a new pedestrian bridge has been completed, connecting Amanecer and Del Monte avenues to the Enterprise Canal Trail, which will stretch over seven miles across Clovis for walking, running, and biking. Construction is expected to wrap up by January twelfth. Checkout Solipillow.com
