• Word of mouth
• Storefront ads

How often should you be available?

• Every Profession has a different service time.
• Know how your ads work with your schedule.

Should you be competitive?

• Depending on the field you can be either very competitive or you can be very lax.
• Some don’t require it.
• It can also help grow your rep in the field as well.

How do you keep them engaged?

• Do you take feedback?
• Surveys?
• Special offers?
• Events?

Are you doing seasonal or limited time offers?
