Csolkovits, EA is an advocate for mentoring, he did create a website called givers university and the main goal is to promote mentoring, it is more important to give than take, EA share his personal story on how he ended having the goal of make mentoring part of everyone life and explains why not having a mentor in our lives is naïve.
