What does one do when they have a psychology degree and had their heart set on being a physician? They shift gears and become a nurse of course!

Realizing nurses were more front line workers and hands-on, Dallas did a 180 on her professional career goals and entered into the LPN program, knowing that her RN degree will be something to achieve as she progresses in her career.

Dallas shares how her military experience as a medic, coupled with her unique advocacy role as a family member of a patient has shaped her nursing today.  Fascinating to listen to her vision of nursing in the ER where she was once a porter was another pivot point for her career changes.
