CTO, Paul Scanlan, heads the technology division of the world's largest telecommunications equipment manufacturer, Huawei. With a global market share of 30% last year, and the world’s second-largest smartphone manufacturer, he has been part of Huawei for more than 10 years and the company today has 180 000 employees.
