About David Michels Location Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada I am fascinated by the people side of information. I am the Public Services Librarian at the Sir James Dunn Law Library, Schulich School of Law. I hold an Interdisciplinary PhD from Dalhousie in Human Information Behaviour, and Sociology of Religion and New Media. Interests My research interests include human information behaviour, religion and the law, sociology of religion & media and information literacy. In my earlier academic studies I explored intertextuality in Biblical and Ancient Near Eastern texts. On a personal side I enjoy science fiction and I'll admit to watching Survivor.
