As an INFP, I've spent a lot of time trying to understand myself, forcing myself outside of my comfort zone, finding my purpose in life, gaining self-confidence, and learning how to have better relationships. Personality type is one of the main models I use to help clients regain control over their lives, but I also tend to use Neuro-Linguistic Programming and hypnosis as well. Stay awhile and listen!
