In this weeks episode we tackle an existential question that many of us can’t seem to find the answer to— what is happiness and how do we attain it? Or better yet, how do we foster it ourselves?
We start of with an explanation of hedonic adaptation, a concept that helps us to understand why happiness is so fleeting and move into the ways in which we can prolong joyous moments, but also learn to live in contentment.
