During the spring 2023, the economy in Sweden, has declined tremendously. The Swedish economy was recently described by a Swede in the newspaper, as worse compared to other countries in the  European Union. I have a temporary employment as a communications manager. However, there are few jobs in this field to apply for. Many smart people want to work within communication. The competition is fierce, and they get frustrated. What should one do to find a new job?    Psychoterapist Abigail Welshman gives us good advice on how to start looking for a new job. She calms me down and tells me what I can do.
