The Good Girl that said ENOUGH!
Today I’m sharing a very personal podcast episode—one that marks a big moment for me. I’ve just released my new book “Sonriendo estás más guapa. Se terminó ser la niña buena”, which roughly translates into “You’re Prettier When You’re Smiling. I’m done with being a good girl” and this episode tells the story behind it. This isn’t just about me—it’s about so many of us who’ve lived trying to be good, pleasing, and perfect in order to feel loved or accepted. In this episode, I talk openly about how this book came to life, what the “good girl syndrome” really means, and why it’s not just a personality trait—it’s often a survival strategy. If you've ever struggled to set boundaries, feared rejection, or felt you had to earn your worth—this episode is for you. The book is currently in Spanish, but don’t worry—we’ll break it all down in English across today and the next episodes. And we hope the English version of the book will be coming soon!
