I AM BACK BABY! 

I am so excited and feel so privileged to be able to have my own podcast! It really is a dream come true, something I never thought would happen. 

The book of poetry is called: Pillow Thoughts, by Courtney Peppernell

"When you are wounded, sometimes it's best to retreat and heal. But do not stay hidden for too long, because all wounds need air".

This episode is for everyone going through some difficulties right now, depression, anxiety, loneliness, heartache, questioning your own existence... Say yes to anything that will take you outside; let the sun touch your skin, take you shoes off and feel the grass, or sand through you toes. Re-ground yourself and reconnect with the source; God/Yahweh/Allah/ El/ Emmanuel/the Supreme Being/Jesus Christ/the Holy Spirit/the Universe, The Maker (Whomever you call GOD) has a way of surprising us.
