
For many people when they discover mindfulness techniques like breathwork and meditation it can be life changing! It IS life changing however, it can also be a way to escape your current emotions.
Shocking, right?! I thought the same thing when I found out and honestly had some resistance at first.

When you consider yourself escaping your emotions you might think drinking, smoking or scrolling but there are also other ways we think might be helping but are actually allowing us to escape. I’ll go over examples of emotional bypassing, what to do instead and just my overall experiences on this topic.
