Marshall Goldsmith was born in Kentucky and received an undergrad degree in mathematical economics and then an MBA from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business and a Ph.D. from UCLA Anderson School of Management in Los Angeles, California in 1977. Early in his career, Marshall was an assistant professor and then Associate Dean at Loyola Marymount University's College of Business. Since then, Marshall has transformed himself into a world-renowned business educator and coach, and really the leading expert in his field. He’s the author or editor of 35 books, which have sold over two million copies, been translated into 30 languages and become bestsellers in 12 countries. And it was a pleasure to talk with Marshall on today’s podcast.
