Reason I say Mike is a weird guest is because he's not from the recruitment world..
He actually works in Pumps and Compressors...
I've known Mike for around 15/16 years. I was introd to him by one of my ex girlfriends way back when.
A couple of years ago, Mike, James & I were all building separate businesses at the same time and ended up buddying up to support each other.
A few weeks ago, I'd been called back to Essex to look after the cats for my mum so dropped Mike a text to ask if he fancied meeting up and coming on the pod...
Which is how we've ended up here.
As is common place on this pod the recruitment chat is limited. I would say this episode feels more like a couple of mates catching up but maybe there is the odd sprinkling of something useful in there...
