Cassidy: ADHD and my Cambodian Culture

This week Jess talks to Cassidy from San Diego about the mental health stigma in her Cambodian culture and the resistance that she experienced in getting mental health help leading to a late ADHD diagnosis.

Cassidy talks about her discovery about the connections between Asian culture and mental health and specifically Cambodian history/culture and mental health. Because this is an ADHD podcast there are also a couple of off-tangent conversations thrown into the mix.

Make sure you listen in!
