Mental health is important to people of all walks of life. How do Black people and white people differ and compare? What are some of the things that keep Black people from seeking counseling and therapy? Does this mental health issue play into the disparity in mass shootings among the subsets of people in the U.S.? We also talk about Kevin Lov of the Cleveland Cavaliers coming out about his mental health issues and how important that is. And is there a difference between mental health and mental illnesses and where does autism and mental retardation fall into all this?
