As 2023 ends, I take some time to look back at some things I learned this year. Some of these are more reminders than anything, but they stick out to me.
Things I learned in 2023:
-Never assume someone understands what you’re saying
-Explore other sports (jumping, basketball)
-You have to play golf with your students
-Trying new things is rarely a bad idea (iI would rather try and know, than not try and wonder)
-You cannot take care of your body enough (chiro, cold showers)
