What is your self talk like when you play golf?
As I teach many golfers I always listen to what they say about their golf game. I will comments like, "well I'll try and do it, but it probably won't work", or "I'll have some fun enjoying my golf but I don't do it very well" or "I am a beginner and I am hopeless" and " I have been playing golf for 5 years and I should be better than I am now."
I am sure you can think of what you say to yourself?
If you think this way about your golf, that you are hopeless and won't do it right. Then that is exactly what will happen.
