Doing a quick emotional Tarot check in is a wonderful way to catch any underlying issues, check what's happening on the subconscious level or simply make sure you are on top of your thoughts and emotions. This is especially helpful when deliberately manifesting or for journaling.

I usually do this about once a week, it can take a couple minutes or turn into a full meditation depending on you feel about it!
