Today's episode was great, packed full of knowledge and very informative. We had the opportunity to sit down with Representative Barbara Hernandez (IL 83rd District) and discuss life, Aurora, family and legislation. Born and raised in Aurora, Representative Hernandez has been a tireless advocate for the city, its residents and her constituents. With so many things taking place in the city and the state we value our discussions with our elected officials. Many people are unaware of government and today we got the chance to put some questions to Rep. Hernandez. She took the time to inform us of actionable information for the public, helpful initiatives & the power of voting. It was really cool learning what a state rep does!
