Many a days I have found myself drift away from reality into my own little world. I have had a number of thoughts on mind which I would love to share with you in this podcast. Firstly, I have been thinking about identity, and then how it is that we get too deep into what we do that we forget who we are or why we started.....this podcast looks into a journey through a mental health advocate who preached about identity yet lost it along the way.
