S3 E5: Joseph Makoviecki, Singer/Songwriter/Guitarist & Co-founder of Jackson Pines (indie-folk acoustic duo)

On today's episode, Scott interviews Joseph Makoviecki, an American Singer/Songwriter/Guitarist & Co-founder of the NJ indie-folk acoustic duo, Jackson Pines. After a chance encounter with Pete Seeger a number of years ago, he knew that he was going to become a folk singer and songwriter. He’s been described as “a gifted songwriter who is not afraid to write about serious situations and difficult emotional perspectives”. Billboard magazine said that his acoustic duo, Jackson Pines, is “like a mash-up of James Taylor and Tom Petty, with serious focus on acoustic guitar”. This talented and highly introspective music artist certainly GOT CHOPS!
