Festus brings King Agrippa up to speed on Paul's situation (25:13-22) before convening a kind of tribunal with the leading men of the city (25:23-27). Paul then gives his testimony, both of his pre-conversion life (26:1-11) and of his meeting Jesus on the road to Damascus (26:12-18).
