Preparing for your first sober event!

Great morning! Today, I wanted to go through how I prepare for going to an alcohol-driven event like a wedding, party or concert - and how you can be confident in your decision to say no. From planning an exit strategy to knowing your why, there are heaps of ways you can prepare to make your sober-time just as much fun as your drunk-time!

Time Stamps:

Gratitude: 3:06

Have an exit strategy: 12:55

At the event - grab a NA drink first: 15:11
