Salvatore “Silvio” Mangion was born in 1964, and he is the only known serial killer from Malta. He committed his crimes over 14 years, from 1984 to 1998. He was known by his alias of Kalang, and at the time of the murders, he was unemployed and recently diagnosed as schizophrenic with depressive episodes. Join us this week for the full story…
