
In honor of May being mental health awareness month, your host Sonny, and cohost Cesar, take time to discuss how you can support your friends who may be struggling with their mental health. Often times, when we struggle, we keep it all inside. Not wanting to burden anyone with our feelings. Or maybe we feel ashamed or embarrassed for feeling the way we do. You could have someone in your life feeling this very way. Supporting someone in their darkest days can make all the difference and it’s up to us to educate ourselves on what we can do for the ones we love.
