What's a growth signal? It's a sign to thrive and proliferate. For businesses, it's their reason to exist. How's the growth signals podcast different? It is a show to help startup founders and marketers get curious about scale. Here, we'll not talk about ideas but questions to ask yourself when struggling to grow. This podcast is to help you think about marketing the right way. We’ll cover strategies, learnings, and experiments that didn’t scale. Things that I learned the hard way during my time at Mettl, VWO, and Airmeet. All that, in weekly 10-minute episodes on growth marketing.

How To Achieve Product Market Fit

It feels incredible to build new products or start a company, but it kind of sucks to have no audiences for it. Sure, we manage to get our friends pumped, family nervous, but let’s face it - an audience is what will make the business grow.

Now, an audience isn’t raised overnight; the hard reality is that sometimes it isn’t there at all.  50% of startups fail within their first years. In the starting days, businesses either fail to size the market or overestimates the magnitude of the problem they’re trying to solve, challenges that arise when you have a poor market fit.

In this episode, let’s discuss how you can be sure about the market you’re looking to venture into and what you need before going all in.

I will help you:

  • Identify who might be interested in your product or service.
  • Know which challenges your audience is looking to solve
  • Realize where your audience hangs out
  • Figure out ways to package your value proposition

Help to create the first episode of Growth Signal was provided by Sachin Vats and Deepesh Tomar.

This episode is dedicated to my friend Siddarth Goyal, who went away too soon. Miss you brother, always :)
