The New York Knicks suffered a heartbreaking 138–135 overtime loss to the Indiana Pacers in Game 1 of the Eastern Conference Finals, despite holding a 17-point lead with just over six minutes remaining. A series of late-game turnovers, missed free throws, and defensive lapses allowed the Pacers to mount a historic comeback, culminating in Tyrese Haliburton's game-tying jumper and Aaron Nesmith's clutch three-point shooting. 

Segment 3: Timberwolves Seek Redemption in Game 2 Against Thunder
After a lopsided 114–88 defeat in Game 1 of the Western Conference Finals, the Minnesota Timberwolves aim to rebound against the Oklahoma City Thunder in Game 2. The Thunder's formidable defense, led by Alex Caruso and Chet Holmgren, disrupted Minnesota's offense, forcing key turnovers, particularly from Julius Randle, who committed five in the opener. Game 2 is scheduled for Thursday, May 22, 2025, at 8:30 PM ET at the Paycom Center in Oklahoma City. The Thunder are favored by 7.5 points, with the over/under set at 214.5.

His performance marked the third consecutive season a Spurs player has made the All-Rookie First Team, following Jeremy Sochan and Victor Wembanyama.
