Let's first acknowledge that this is a limiting belief you place on yourself! You do know how to relax! What you don't know how to do is prioritize that time because you feel guilty if you are not doing something!
Relaxation, time for reflection, self-care--- those are things. Things that we all need.. It is not just dead time. It does have a purpose!
